Eric Pettine was fun to listen to. He was honest, funny, and knowledgeable. He even was honest enough to admit when he didn't know something which to me sais a lot about his character. Great show and thanks as always.

I subcribed to the website awhile ago, but this show was really the first time listening. The show was excellent and I even heard my name and my question live on the internet. Tons of very useful information that I will use fishing in Michigan. I will try and not miss any more shows. Thanks again!!

First time I have taken the time to even try the web radio and it was good. I met Eric Pettine about 20+ year ago when he was demonstrating fly tying in Fort Collins. His giant black stone fly patterns were one of the most challenging patterns I ever tried to tie. I finally mastered them, in my own way. Haven't seen him in a very long time. So it was great to be able to listen to him.

Very informative, wish the program could have been longer. Eric Pettine's down to earth style of speaking, draws you in to really listen.

As usual your guests are extremely knowledgeable. They are very helpful to all ranges of fly fishers and offer insights that would take years to obtain. Eric offered some great tips that would be make fishing for trout a much more rewarding process. I look forward to your next segment. Thanks!

I enjoy your program and am impressed by the speakers qualifications. I am new to fly fishing and am just learning to tie knots for gosh sakes. I will comment when I learn something to say beyond "Gee which way do you turn the reel." Speaking of that . . . which side does the reel go on "left" or "right" and why? Does the backing pull out from under neath or over the top of the reel? I love listening to information about fishing, you have a good show.

I frankly was disappointed in the show. Eric's reputation is higher than what he delivers. I expected a more technical program but instead received a quasi good old boy approach. I also feel that I may know more than Eric when it comes to nymphing. When I refer people to nymphing books, I recommend the nymph master, Joe Humphries and Dr. Gary Borger, period.

Thought it was a great show. I especially enjoy shows that make me a better fly caster, fly tier, or fisherman. Not sure about the upcoming show. Don't have a lot of interest in trips to Alaska. Nymph fishing, dry fly tying, etc. are universal subjects, regardless of where you fish or sometimes even the species for which you fish.

Yet another amazing guest you have found, Roger. Very intelligent, genuine personality, deep and thoughtful experience. Eric has probably been everywhere to fish freshwater, but never flaunts that, he continually compliments the listeners when they live in beautiful places. A very engaging person that was a pleasure to listen to. The best guests obviously don't have to be superstars. Thanks again for finding this quality of guest and keeping the entire 90 minutes so great.

Great show I loved it. Not really for informational, although it was, more for attitude and philosophy. Fly fishing is like a folk song...ever changing. Loved it!

I very much enjoy all of your shows. I take about 6-8 fishng trips out of state/country each year. In fact, we just returned from a bonefishing and permit trip to Belize last Sunday (It was incredible). Over several years I have always found that with each trip to a repeat locations, I find ways to make it a more economical and therefore able to extend my time and days fishing. I wonder if there is enough interest to focus a show on this topic?
